De gekende oudere reisgidsen van Lonely Planet Publications, wegen niet meer op tegen de kwaliteit dat de gidsen vandaag de dag in worden uitgebreacht. Elke gepubliceerde titel van Lonely Planet wordt met evenveel zorg en aandacht behandeld, en zelfs hier bij ons valt het ook op, dat Lonely Planet uitzonderlijk gegeerd is onder de reisgidsen van vandaag. Weinig reisgidsen van andere merken kunnen op tegen de kwaliteit waarmee de titels van Lonely Planet worden gepubliceerd. Dat is ook één van de redenen waarom dit bedrijf zo'n gigant is geworden in deze toch niet zo simpele sector om succes te behalen. Bibliotrek werkt al vele jaren samen met vele verschillende uitgevers, en tot op heden moeten wij zeggen dat de alle titels van Lonely Planet toch wel aardig succes hebben behaald jaar na jaar, op drukken en kalme meomenten tijdens het jaar.
